Fishing available from November 7 to late March next year Glistening golden crabs are caught offshore of Kyogamisaki Cape in Tango.

Choice1 Two kinds of high quality crabs

Taiza-gani

Brand oriented

Taiza-gani crabs are always available.
When rough seas prevent fishing, quality Taiza-gani maintained in a tank are served.

Carefully selected Tango crabs

Quality oriented

All crabs are caught offshore of Kyogamisaki Cape which is the Taiza-gani crab fishing point.
At the port of Taiza, we select our crabs first.
If there are no offerings available at Taiza, we select the best of from other areas.

Choice2 Three crab sizes

Three crab sizes
The standard serving is one Large crab per adult.

Medium

800 to 900grams

A smaller size, less volume, but equally flavorful to the end.

Large

1 to 1.1kilograms

Standard size. One is usually appropriate for an adult.

Extra Large

1.2kilogramsor more

Rare and quite big.
